National Bible Bee Game Show Recap: Episode 104

The seventh episode of the National Bible Bee Game Show aired June 24th at 5:30 and on June 27th at 9:30.  Like the past few weeks, this was a Primary show, which is open to 7 to 10 year-olds.

Meet the four contestants from this episode:

Anastasia is from California.  She enjoys swimming and reading a series called Ten Girls, which is about girls who were missionaries.  Anastasia wants to be a missionary nurse to Africa when she grows up.  Anastasia says about the Bible Bee, "I really like it, because it's hiding God's Word in my heart."

Caleb lives in Belize where he and his family are missionaries.  Some of his favorite things to do are climbing trees, playing soccer, and taking pictures.  He really likes the Bible Bee because, through it, he has a closer relationship with God.

Emily, who is from Michigan, also enjoys soccer.  Emily giggles in her sleep! She says that she begged her mom to let her do Bible Bee.  The Bible Bee has helped her family to be closer to each other and to God.

Thomas, who is seven, lives on a farm in Tennessee with his family, where he has four cats. He enjoys riding his bike and playing board games. Thomas's family loves the Bible Bee!

Each contestant recited three passages of Scripture and answered three knowledge questions.


Hardest question:

Question: In Daniel 5:4-6, who is the king talked about?
Answer:  Belshazzar

The winner, Caleb, will advance to the semi-final round!
